Refund Policy

We want you to love your song. If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. This applies to all orders, in line with the refund policy of Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.

How to request a refund

Email eversong.me@gmail.com with your order email and a short reason, or contact Paddle, our payment provider, using the link in your receipt.

Free fix first

If something is wrong with your song, such as a misspelled name or lyric, we are happy to fix it or remake it at no extra cost.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
